Understanding Your Lease: What to Know Before You Sign

January 31, 2017
Pyon Su, #2108

Just because the lease looks official, does not mean the language is fair, or even legal.  Don’t sign or review your lease until you bring it and your questions to this important workshop.  Stenise Sanders, GLAO Director and Attorney, will lead you through a lease review to help you understand the terms of the lease including: giving notice to end the lease, maintenance and repairs, pets and security deposits.

Unless otherwise noted, all workshops are 12:30pm to 1:30pm, with a light lunch served at 12:15pm
